What is different from a typical job board?

Most boards optimize for speed and volume. That often rewards keyword-stuffed résumés, instant availability, and whoever applies first. Experienced workers are left proving they are “still sharp,” even when their track record already shows it.

TodoConnect starts from a different question: what does a good match need to feel sustainable for both sides? Employers describe the role and the working rhythm. Candidates describe strengths, constraints, and what “a good next step” means for them. We design introductions around fit and respect, not filters that screen people out by age.

What we are building for you
