What is TodoConnect?: TodoConnect is an early-stage hiring platform focused on fair introductions between employers and experienced workers, especially people 45 and older whose skills are often overlooked. We are currently collecting a waitlist while we build the first workflows.
Is TodoConnect only for people 45 and older?: Our mission centers people 45+ because age bias in hiring is common and measurable. Employers of any size can participate, and teams can hire across ages. The point is to remove unfair barriers, not to exclude anyone.
What happens after I join the waitlist?: You will receive occasional email updates as we launch new features. When matching begins in your area or industry, we will explain the next steps clearly, including how your information is used and how to opt out.
How will you protect my privacy?: We use your email to communicate about TodoConnect and related opportunities. We do not sell personal data. A full privacy policy is coming soon; until then, the note on our form states how we use submissions today.
Will TodoConnect work in Spanish and English?: Yes. The marketing site is available in English and Spanish, and we are designing future product experiences so language is not a barrier to participating.
How does matching avoid age discrimination?: We focus job-related criteria: responsibilities, schedule, skills that can be demonstrated, and team culture in plain language. We discourage signals that act as proxies for age, and we welcome feedback from candidates and employers so we can improve safeguards over time.
I am an employer with compliance requirements. Can TodoConnect fit our process?: We expect many teams to keep their own ATS and compliance steps. TodoConnect aims to be a thoughtful introduction layer, not a replacement for your legal and HR policies. Tell us your constraints on the waitlist so we can prioritize the right integrations.
