How TodoConnect will work
We are building a calmer path from interest to introduction. Details will evolve as we learn from early users, but the sequence below is the backbone we are designing toward.
Step 1: Join the waitlist with context
Candidates and employers share an email and optional message. A few sentences about role type, location, or strengths helps us prioritize what we build first.
Step 2: We organize demand thoughtfully
We review waitlist notes to understand industries, geographies, and common pain points. That keeps our roadmap grounded in real hiring, not hypothetical personas.
Step 3: Thoughtful introductions
When matching opens, we aim for relevant introductions: clear role summaries, realistic timelines, and respect for candidates’ time. Employers receive candidates who fit the stated needs; candidates receive opportunities that match the constraints they shared.
Step 4: Clear next steps and feedback loops
After an introduction, both sides should know what happens next. That may be an interview, a trial task, or a polite decline. Feedback helps us improve matching quality and reduce ghosting.
