About TodoConnect: trust by design

TodoConnect exists because hiring too often treats experience as a liability instead of a strength. We believe people deserve a fair shot at the next opportunity, especially workers 45 and older who keep businesses running with judgment, steadiness, and care.

Our mission

We connect employers with experienced professionals whose reliability and skills are too often overlooked. We aim to reduce age bias with clearer job criteria, respectful communication, and product decisions informed by real candidates and hiring managers.

Accessibility and readability

We design with larger type, high-contrast palettes, and calm layouts so information is easy to read, not buried in dense legalistic blocks. If something is hard to use, we want to hear about it on the waitlist so we can fix it.

Transparency during early access

We are honest about what is live today versus what is coming next. Early access means priorities can shift as we learn, but it should never mean vague promises. Our FAQ summarizes what you can expect after you join the waitlist.

Safety and respect

Fair hiring is also humane hiring. We discourage practices that humiliate candidates or waste their time, and we encourage employers to use structured, job-related evaluation. If a workflow feels wrong, tell us. We use that signal to improve the platform.
